Founded by frontline security staff frustrated with poor standards across the industry, AV Group, formally Avon Valley Security, was built to do things differently. After seeing businesses take clients for granted, mistreat staff and deliver poor service, we set out to raise standards through professionalism, transparency and genuinely caring about the people we work with.
