Everything we deliver runs out of one place: our head office and training centre at 4 Skyline Park in Brislington, Bristol. That matters more than it sounds. Officers are briefed by the same supervisors, medics train alongside the security teams they'll work with, and every deployment is logged and reported against a single standard, whether it's a Friday night in Bristol city centre or a two-day festival build in mid Wales.
Our coverage sits in three practical tiers. Bristol and Bath are our home ground, with mobile response typically between fifteen and forty-five minutes and enough licensed officers on the rota to absorb short-notice requests. Cardiff, Newport, Chippenham, Swindon and the wider Wales and South West corridor are worked daily on contracted and event-based bookings, with realistic drive times quoted rather than optimistic ones. Beyond that, the South East and the rest of the UK are covered for planned and contracted work: multi-site commercial cleaning, touring events, film productions and corporate conferences where lead time allows us to brief, cost and mobilise properly.
What does not change by postcode is the paperwork behind the people. Every officer holds a current SIA licence. Enhanced DBS clearance is in place wherever a role calls for it, including school, hotel and healthcare-adjacent environments. Public and employers' liability cover is on file and available before you commit. Each booking carries a named supervisor who is your single point of contact for the duration, and each shift ends with a written incident and observation report the next working day.

Which areas do you cover for short-notice work?

Bristol, Bath and the immediate South West corridor are our fastest-response areas, with mobile cover typically 15 to 45 minutes from Brislington. Cardiff, Newport and Wiltshire follow, with Swindon and the wider Welsh corridor next.
Do you charge extra for travel outside Bristol?

Travel and, where relevant, accommodation are quoted transparently in the written proposal rather than hidden inside a headline hourly rate. Bristol and Bath work rarely carries any travel element.
Can one contract cover several sites in different regions?

Yes. Multi-site groups run one contract, one supervisor chain, one insurance file and one reporting standard with us, which is usually why clients bring us beyond our home region.
Are the same standards applied everywhere you deploy?
