The detail
Methods, variations and how we deploy.
A single page can't replace a walk-around and a written proposal, but this is what the work looks like in practice, so you know what you're comparing.
Registration, accreditation and zone control
The registration line is where corporate events most often fail. We plan lanes against your expected arrival curve rather than your total headcount, work from your delegate list in whatever format you use, and match badge to person without turning it into an airport experience. Where sponsors, press, speakers and VIPs hold different levels of access, we operate zone-level accreditation so hospitality, green rooms and closed sessions stay closed. Re-entry policy, cloakroom control and bag checks are agreed in writing before doors open so officers never improvise a rule in front of a delegate.
Exhibitions, trade shows and stand protection
Exhibitions run for days and are effectively open buildings full of valuable equipment. We cover build, live and break-down, control contractor and exhibitor access with accreditation, patrol halls overnight and manage the loading bay during set-up and de-rig, which is when the majority of exhibition losses occur. Where individual exhibitors want dedicated stand cover for high-value displays, we can provide named officers assigned to that stand alone.
Executive, speaker and VIP handling
Senior leaders, external keynote speakers and high-profile guests expect a calm, competent, unobtrusive experience. We provide meet-and-greet at the arrival point, escort through to green room and stage, and stage-side cover during the session, all briefed against the individual's agenda and any specific requests. Where a guest travels with their own protection team we integrate under their lead rather than duplicating it, which is usually the difference between a smooth arrival and an awkward one.
Confidential sessions, press and device policy
AGMs, investor days, internal strategy sessions and embargoed product launches carry information risk as well as physical risk. We enforce agreed recording, phone and device policy at the door and in the room, manage controlled press access against your approved list, and work comfortably alongside NDAs, in-house legal and PR teams. Where physical prototypes or embargoed goods are on display, officers double as static protection for the exhibit itself, including outside session hours.
Awards dinners, receptions and staff parties
Evening corporate events change character once the bar opens. Awards dinners, Christmas parties and staff celebrations need officers who can handle alcohol-related issues among colleagues with real discretion, because everybody in the room has to work together on Monday. We manage arrivals and re-entry, keep an eye on cloakrooms and unattended belongings, support the venue with dispersal and taxis at the end of the night, and escalate anything sensitive quietly to your nominated contact rather than to the room.
Documentation, compliance and short-notice cover
Corporate clients and venues want a paper trail. We supply SIA licence numbers in advance for vetting, public and employers' liability certificates for your compliance file, written risk controls, staffing schedules and a post-event report covering incidents, access data and refusals. Because we retain our own pool of licensed officers rather than buying headcount from agencies, we can commonly stand up a briefed, appropriately dressed team inside 24 hours when another provider drops out or delegate numbers jump late.
